lets get the FCC to write a new rule any agency that has Vtac or Utac or Itac radio channels in their radios must assure that their county seat has at least 1 base station on a nationwide interop channel - preferably EMP protected with backup power supply and high elevation - one HT duck taped to the top of a 75 foot aerial ladder does qualify
