it was a 2 or 2.5 story row apt bld - looks like fire was on top story
or top 2 storys - maybe that explains the comment of 50% involved -
but one of the calls was from the fire apt iirc - so how could someone
make a call from inside the apt - and report that everyone was outside
- and then the FD shows up in 4 minutes with the top floor or two
fully involved - with people trapped?it seems like the first ladder
went to ladder pipe ops before the 2nd ladder even arrived (maybe 10
minutes into fire) - so I guess that means that fire was thru the roof
- again - that seems odd - caller inside apt and FD arrives in 4
minutes with fire thru the roof - maybe caller was on first floor of
aptbottom line - not sure if there is a 911 problem here or not -
somethings not right - how often does a FD arrive at a fully occupied
apt bld fire in the middle of the night with fire thru the roof ?
