from Broadcastify - approximate times - getting bits and pieces of
various channels as the scanner hops between channels - which is
totally typical for a live scanner audio feed of course
253 am time out - 4 E + 2 L + 1 R + 2 chiefs sent
254 am - "numerous calls" - "believe all occupants out" - sounded like
the black dispatcher
256 am - some engine at scene - reports a working fire - "lots of
...." (he faded out or dropped mike or got cut off or something)
257 am - maybe one closer (talking about a hydrant maybe)
258 am - half of bld involved - give additional alarm (?2nd alarm?)
259 am - first cop or ambulance sent
300 am - 3rd alarm - maybe 1 more Eng + 1 more ladder
302 am - L22 approach from north side - going defensive - E15 running
master stream - doing 360
there were other messages (maybe 2 or 3) about 'ready for water' etc
============================
so in 5 minutes the bld was 50% involved - I DONT THINK SO
if I had to guess - there must have been a huge delay in calling 911
or huge delays at 911 or the bld was full of gasoline
at least 2 fire dispatchers were heard - 1 male and 1 female - the
female announced the initial alarm - "commercial fire" on Tac 4 - map
page also given - initial alarm was - E15 - E37 - E3 - E22 - R8 -
Rescue Ladder 15 - Rescue Ladder 22 - 604 - 602 - 700 series
