looks like 4 red flags are up - in any case - there are 4 entries here
- 2 from Portland OR and 2 from Medford OR - at the top they say -
URGENT - FIRE WEATHER MESSAGE
and in the test they mention Red Flag - so I guess that these are the
real Red Flag warnings
although you might think that at the top it would say RED FLAG WARNING
in big bold red letters
lets see what else we can find
