cant imagine that any shooter would ever care about FD stuff
most cities are totally unprepared for any Mumbai style attack - they
never train - they never plan - so why would any shooter care about
the FD? - or the PD for that matter? - when was the last time that any
PD stopped an attack? how many attacks do they stop? 2%?
Pearl Harbor and 9/11 were both sneak attacks - when was the last time
that ANYONE in the USA did a 'sneak attack' drill?
