FD ops after earthquakes

1. hutting down ops - maybe that means keeping any fires away from the hospitals or LZs - maybe that means immediately evacuating brush areas on Red Flag days - maybe it means evacuating beaches if tsunami is coming - etc etc

   re earthquakes - I was thinking about that earlier - the FD priority has to be on preventing the greatest amount of life loss - maybe that means going to the nearest dam and doing a quick survey - maybe that means going to the biohazard lab and
