spell check thinks that calcasieu should be calcareous - wth is that?
it seems that all parishes in LA are divided into wards - I think that
county commissioners are elected for each ward - some wards might have
more than 1 FD - such as this one - maybe - I am not sure if there is
a Ward 6 FPD 2 or not - but its easy to find out - lets go to the map
