The nature of things that grow exponentially is they stay very small
or they get very big, rarely in between. If every case is found, all
contacts monitored, etc, there will be less than 100 confirmed cases.
If they completely lose track of multiple spreaders in multiple dense
urban areas, you're looking at mid-five figures or more. The
difference depends mostly on how many hidden cases there are right
now, how quickly they are found, and whether they are self-isolating.
Under such scenarios one can't predict, only prepare.
