Lawrence MA Eng 8 reopened

possibly HQ now has Ladder 5 and Squad 1 - Squad 1 is a pumper

HQ used to be Eng 5 + Ladder 5 + Rescue 1

apparently Rescue 1 went out of service - Eng 5 also
