Rockland County NY - ex Chief died

Ex-Chief Charles E Bullock. died April 20, 2020 age 80. He was a
52-year member of the Central Nyack Fire Department and served as
Chief 1978-1979, He was a Life member of the RCVFA, joining in 1971.
Charlie was the first African American to serve as Chief in Rockland
County, a member of the Rockland County Fire Chief's Association,
Honorary Member Jackson Engine Co. 3 Nyack, and NYS Association Fire
Chief's. Charlie was a former Clarkstown PD Officer, NYS Park Police
Officer and a Retired NYS Police Trooper. He died of COVID-19, His
wife Lois died April 3, and his daughter Chanda died April 17, from
COVID-19
