new dedicated scanner feed is on and off
1018 am - some unit told to set up on collins
then someone started a situational awareness message for ops and the
feed went dead again
maybe they are gonna drop that sucker this morning
all they have to do is run wires and set charges - probably could do
that in 2 hours if in a hurry
