good look at units arriving and going into action
radio comms are clear
first alarm was Wagon 3 + Squad 8 + Truck 2 + Tower 1 + Chief
units heard on radio ... Lieutenant 8 + Captain 4 + Lieutenant 1 + Chief 7
not sure who captain 4 was
notice how none of the unit numbers overlap .... in other words Engine
1 + Ladder 1 + Tower 1 + Squad 1 + Truck 1 + Rescue 1 were not all on
the call
I assume that Lt 8 was on Wagon 8 and Lt 1 was on Tower 1
I assume that the officer on Truck 2 would be Captain 2 or Lieutenant 2
