condo boards now have a fiduciary responsibility to get these analysis done
sprinkler water flow alarm apparently did not activate at surfside
condo ... so fire systems will need to be analyzed also
ALSO ... roof repair after hurricanes is a scam that was screwing the
insurance companies ... so they got the law changed
