Firefighters - rural has FCC radio licenses - not sure if town does -
probably is all the same agency - just see 1 fire station in area

- zerg90 map of Pawnee County Oklahoma - already have found 2 fire
stations / departments that HTL did not have listed - need to check
the fdid list for Oklahoma - should be easy to get list of all fire
stations in 1 county - it is not
