municipalities. The State Police also respond to wireless 9-1-1 calls
received from limited access highway callers. (dont see any indication
anywhere what the 3 municipalities are)
Municipalities with a population of 40,000 or more receive an annual
subsidy from DSET to offset the cost of PSAP operations.

- is tolland county also the dispatch center for the ang fd at the
airport ? (they are in east granby iirc)
the purple lines on the psap map are probably the limited access
highways where the wireless 911 calls go to the state police
