Article #11 – Purchase and upgrade of communications equipment
$5,000.00. Emergency Manager Sara Tobias explained the need for the
upgrade of radios and other equipment. Mr. Bowles asked if cell phones
would be a better alternative. Ms. Tobias explained that cell phone
coverage is not good enough. After discussion it was determined that
this would be written to establish an expendable trust fund.
