essentially every inch of every pipeline is a single point of failure
except maybe they could reroute product thru KY if the northern
section goes down - and IN and IL look like they could reroute product
do they have any plan to use tanker trucks to shuttle petro around a
broken pipe? maybe 100 trucks doing a 60 mile shuttle? 50 deliveries
per hour at 8,000 gallons each - that would be 400,00 gallons per hour
- better than nothing
