19 grove st at 819 pm - there are small apt blds in that area
CPAC investigated the death - they had a 30 minute eta when called by
the arlington pd sergeant
all arlington pd units cleared at 1011 hours - 353 + 355 + 358 responded
e2 + r1 + als also responded - but e2 cancelled r1 and als with a
"police matter"
