BDC V3 gained a Tone 3 repeater at 29 Palms
BDC V4 input changed to 155.9175 - and the output PL is now 91.5
BDC V5 is now 155.1075 R PL 91.5
BDC V6 now has repeaters at Rodman (T3) and Little Mtn (T7)
Tac V16 is now 154.7325 PL 167.9
Tac V27 is new - it is 154.25 PL 167.9
