on Air-Ground 35: 167.2250 or Air-Ground 10: 166.9375, PBC will assign

Communications [for aircraft] - Initial size-ups are to be
transmitted over local forest frequencies. Upon arrival at an incident
all communications should switch over to the identified tactical
frequency (typically air to ground). Emergency in-flight
communications will utilize National Air Guard.
