there are a ton of level 2 trauma centers just outside the city -
apparently chicago does not utilize any of them - there are no level 2
trauma centers inside the city
to recap for the chicago system - approx 20 stemi centers + 25 stroke
centers + 9 trauma centers are available - there are some other
hospitals that have ERs in the city - we need to go back and figure
out which ones they are
