dmr is a type of digital modulation
seems like a needless complexity - its hard enough getting agencies
equipped with fm and p25 radios - adding in dmr is just a fly in the
ointment - no major gain to be had
and there are plenty of vhf highband channels everywhere - if you can
get the feds to release their death grips on a few of them - look at
maine (ME TRS uses multi fed channels)
