quick history lesson - in the beginning - dcfd ran their show on
154.19 - PD ran their show on UHF 460 mhz - then iirc police dispatch
and fire dispatch were combined - FD went to 800T and PD went to
encrypted 460 T (and later to encrypted 800 T iirc)
