looking at the fire damage map - 20% of homes were destroyed in the
Palisades Highlands area - where the fire was first reported - (we
might have the neighborhood name wrong)
fire was dispatched as 1195 Piedra Morada Drive, Los Angeles, CA,
90272 approx - you can find it on the damage map at -

fire then went south into Palisades Village and destroyed 100% of the
structures there - except for approx 200 homes near the intersection
of Sunset Blvd and Aimar Ave - the map seems to indicate that the fire
did not burn thru that area - need to figure out why
