for the celebration - each town needs to have 10 unique onscene
channels + five unique a/g channels plus 5 command repeaterized
channels with townwide coverage
there are plenty of clear freq available if you add in the fed 170 mhz
band and the fed 410 mh band - tons of open channels there - there are
porbably tons of 700 and 800 mhz channels also if someone just put a
little effort into digging them up
