A Cold Front in the West will Bring Multiple Weather Impacts
A cold front moving across the Western U.S. into the Plains will lead
to a few strong thunderstorms and locally heavy rainfall into
Saturday. Ahead of the front, gusty winds will produce Critical fire
weather conditions across the Great Basin and central Rockies today.
Meanwhile, record warmth continues across portions of the South today,
before cooler temperatures arrive this weekend.

• Atlantic: Disturbance 1: Low (10%)
• Eastern Pacific: Disturbance 1: Medium (30%); Disturbance 2: Low (10%)

• Western Pacific: No activity affecting U.S. interests
