1919 pm - Hollis FD sent to EMS call - 4yo or 40yo male stuck in a
chair - 13A1 and Eng 2 responding
heard via scanner feed - and the voice dispatch was also heard over
the air on 151.07 PL 88.5 - tones were not heard over the air on
151.07 - but they were heard via the scanner feed - 2 tone sets and 1
long tone
call initially paged as "EMD pending" and then repaged 2 minutes later
with full details - apparently this is the statewide 911 dispatch
protocol that has been in use for maybe 10 years or more - all 911
calls go to the statewide 911 center in Concord NH - apparently the
State 911 Center send a prealert somehow to the local dispatch center
so the local dispatch center can send out the tones - then within a
minute or two, the state 911 center sends the call details to the
local dispatch center somehow (maybe via email)
