radios failed in basement of home
16 years later - has anything changed? did Philly get more receiver
sites? MO3s? direct channels? anything?
note - changing from analog to digital is not relevant for purposes of
this discussion

fireground channels - all 800 mhz - all simplex - all mobile only -
only 1 has PL - maybe they use these for FG ops - no indication of any
MO3 in use - (no MO3 freqs listed - no MO3 TGs listed - no mention of
patches - no other mention of FG channels)
Maybe - Philly now automatically has all units go to these FG channels
when at any incident - which means the first due pump operator or
first due ladder chauffeur has to keep an ear on 2 channels apparently
(FG and Dispatch or Tactical)
