just checked the 2020 epa info and found

apparently 4 new sites

12 new names

6 new addresses

now its times to go back to the map and redo all that crap

Lesson Learned - RTK website has old info - EA website has new info - but EPA website does not have the actual risk management plans online anymore apparently - they could have just redacted the phone numbers - but no - lets go top secret on this and make zerg90s life difficult

zerg90 map for chambers county texas

I tried to figure out where all the public fire stations AND industrial fire stations are located.

1. checked home town locator - found all municipal fire stations

2. checked RTK website - found all sites that have emergency programs - got a general idea of which sites have an industrial fire truck or emergency response team

3. surveyed the google map for industrial sites

4. researched recent industrial fire trucks produced for the Mont Belvieu area

RESULT

'blue stars' are municipal / public FDs

'black flames' are high probability industrial fire stations

'black question marks' are sites that might have an industrial fire truck - mostly based on comments at the RTK website

"dots" are possible other industrial sites

Its a real mess - but at least you can see where the industrial plants are clustered

Note - 2 sites supposedly are protected by the Bayer Emergency Response Team - but I dont have any Bayer site listed - ??????

To pursue this further - could check assessors website - could look at more street views - could look for a county fire mutual aid plan or haz mat plan or hazard mitigation plan - could look for list of industrial FDs under Mont Belvieu Mutual Aid (which is the industrial mutual aid organization / radio channel for the area) - could try to make contact with some of the agencys in the area

Anybody know of any nationwide listing of industrial FDs?
