against sadism'
sadism = getting a thrill out of causing grief to others
there might need to be a 'truth commission' and lots of mental health work
arlington might do good to hire 5 to 10 psychologists
iirc rwanda and south africa had good luck with truth commissions -
people would gain forgiveness by professing their sins in public
