"for verification" alarm - at huge mall
I guess this is equivalent to a first alarm
the big red truck off on the right side on arrival looks like a BFP
paid engine - all the rest look like volunteer engines (maybe 10
volunteer engines)
Mandaluyong is one of the cities adjacent to Manila - it is in the
National Capital Region - the first 10 minutes of the video is the
response - they pass many huge skyscrapers - I dont know how much the
volunteers can do at a highrise fire - I dont know how much they can
do at a mall fire either for that matter
The BFP organizational scheme for the National Capital Region is -
District 1 is the City of Manila (20 stations downtown) - Districts
2,3,4 are cities or groups of cities adjacent to Manila - District 5
is Quezon City which has approx 25 stations north of Manila
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metro_Manila - Natl Capitol Region - 5th
most populous area in the world - 16 cities - 239 square miles - 12
million population
seems they have 500 pumpers, 100 tankers and 15 ladder trucks -
including all the volunteers
