this is the HQ for the Manila Fire District - they have approx 20
stations down town - approx 15 people per station - they might work 24
on 24 off - each station usually has just 1 pumper - I think that
just 1 station has any aerial trucks - and that station has 2 ladders
- I am not sure if this HQ has a dispatch office - its just a 4 story
bld with 1 bay for 1 engine company
