high speed wrong way on highway
with probably 10 guys hanging on the top
question - what would have been the difference in fire outcome if they
responded without lights and siren? if the traffic lights were timed
and the cops cleared out the traffic near the fire - using the lights
and siren probably slowed them down
some radio traffic heard - not in english
