1 bay - 1 story - in a little park
they probably have 1 or 2 hand drawn portable pumps in there with some
hose - and maybe 4 portable radios - and maybe 1 or 2 hydraulic
breaker bars
when the big quake hits - they drag the pumps to the nearest cisterns
and put their 2 inch hoselines into operation - with any luck - they
can stop a conflagration from starting in the neighborhood
