maybe has 2 pumps - 1 front and 1 rear

imagine if every Tokyo volunteer station had 1 of these - they would almost fit
tokyo probably doesnt need seating for 8 - they could shorten the rig
by 1 or 2 feet by taking out the extra seats - or add a water tank
since tokyo has lots of cisterns and apparently few hydrants - I
imagine the fire attack procedure would be - drop portable pump at
cistern - put down 300 foot supply line from hydrant to pumper - run 4
attack lines off pumper to fire building - could easily get 800 GPM
onto fire from 4 attack lines - would only require a hose load of 1200
feet of hose - maybe 800 feet
tokyo seems to have huge areas with very narrow streets and no
hydrants - does not seem to be a good combination i earthquake country
