they have 2 dispatch centers
they cover all of tokyo except the city of inagi and sorta Hashoda Village
ambulances run with crews of 3
when they say they have 82 fire stations they mean they have 82
battalion HQs - there are also approx 200 sub stations / neighborhood
stations - batt hq usually have 1 or 2 pumpers, 1 batt chief van, 1
amb and 1 ladder - sub / branch stations have just 2 pumpers and 1
ambulance (no ladder and no chief) - there are also 25 rescue trucks -
plus a bunch of hazmat units - 2 helo bases - 3 or 4 fireboat stations
- plus approx 400 vol stations with 1 pumper or 1 hose cart each
