board of health will come around to all elderly/disabled apts sometime
soon with covid vaccines and covid tests - Town has to wait for the
State to supply the vaccine - and the State has to wait for the Feds
to cough up the vaccine
winslow towers should start to get new windows in march - $2.5M project
winslow towers had their fire pump rebuilt in 2018 - now it has to be
replaced at the cost of $150,000 - money was approved last night
(maybe)

pm - I lost it at 8 pm
winslow towers will also get a handicap accessible bathroom with door
opener soon (maybe some apts also)
