1738 pm - reach 6 helo was just cancelled - they just gave an eta of 2
minutes 1 minute ago - the ground amb just arrived 5 ago - this is all
40 minutes after the crash - apparently Dispatch forgot to send the
helo - when chief 6100 arrived he reported 1 minor and 1 moderate
injury and said - probably cant get helo in here due to high winds -
dispatcher said - we will check - and then voila - helo was in the air
helo was cancelled since patient will be going by ground - maybe $1K
bill vs $10K bill
