looking at this again - it seems that the laws are -
treason - fighting against the usa - adhering to enemies of the USA -
the most serious crime - punishable by death
rebellion or insurrection - fighting against the usa - maybe without a
foreign aspect
seditious conspiracy - conspiring with others to fight against the USA
advocating overthrow of government - organizing / teaching / publishing
failure to register as agent of foreign governement
activity against military
enlisting or recruiting against the USA
