yankee c3 went on to be the bpd chief I think
this was all analog fm radio comms iirc - probably all uhf - iirc they
had Bapern 4 patched to 460.35 - or maybe bapern central or bapern 3 -
but pretty sure the patch was to 460.35 which was/is bpd ch1
