from approx 2014 that shows 11/1/2015 date for the $34K fire pump
the 'fire pump room' was constructed around 2017/2018 for $115,000 per RFP
from 5/16/2018 Board Minutes - $526 change order on item # 010185 or
maybe it is 010085 - cant read my notes - possibly related to painting
the new fire pump room
from 11/11/2020 Board Minutes - "replace fire pump system at Winslow Towers"
from 1/20/2021 Board Minutes - fire pump inspection is underway - also
- $150,000 in emergency funding was approved to replace the fire pump
at Winslow
FY2022 Annual Housing Plan - Winslow fire pump replacement - $1,920 in
FY 2021 - $124,000 in FY 2022

this might be related to fire hoses vs sprinklers - it probably takes
a smaller pump to supply just sprinklers vs a larger pump to supply
both sprinklers and fire hoses - Housing probably does not want anyone
using fire hoses anyhow
