150 pm edt - reporter asks about cooling centers - "it is very hot
today" - 200,000 people remain in the city - for many it was a choice
- mayor says "we do not think that a evacuation will be necessary" -
"dont want to give any specifics now" on cooling centers or evac
centers - 'info that I have now does not look like a major evacuation
will be needed' per mayor
155 pm edt - police chief was asked about looters - "we do not have
the assets" right now (in a low voice) - but we are dealing with
looters
mayor says - "new orl e ans" - 156 pm edt and "new OR lens"
news reader says "new OR lens" also
