county councilor recommends that everyone leave mobile homes - saw bad
damage in mobile homes last year from Theta with same or less winds
this will be a bad storm for SE Louisiana - think very seriously about
your choice - you probably will face power loss for 7 to 10 days
there will be no evac shelters in the parish during the storm
everyone needs to get inside the levy system
many have not left yet
only pump stations are operational - might not be able to keep up with
heavy rainfall
stay off roads tonight
traffic flows on the interstates have lightened up recently - now
might be a good time to leave
