lets say that white thing up top is a ground ladder - have a small
turntable on the cab roof - FF would lift the ladder up at the rear of
the rig and then walk toward the cab - then the ladder would be
upright & you just need a means to rotate towards the fire bld

yes yes - when the ladder is upright - a 2nd person stands on the
turntable and holds the ladder upright - the 2nd person unlocks the
turntable and allows the turntable to turn the ladder toward the fire
