questions
if the first due station is not available or out of position; wouldnt
it make sense to dispatch an immediate 2nd alarm?
how many of the command channels have more than 1 repeater? isnt this
a critical issue?
how many of the firefighters have portable radios? are any MO3 /
portable extenders used? why not?
do all tactical channels use the same CTCSS? why? why not have
multiple ctcss tones? wouldnt this make the channels much more
effective?
how many unused radio channels are available in the county? fifty? one
hundred? more? ... (see the FCC ULS for research]
how many air to ground channels are used? how are they used? how many
backups are available?
(all of these questions actually apply to all counties in California]
