putting wet stuff on red stuff
actually ... lets think about this .... how about ... 2 streams into
gaps between buildings ... then 2 streams hit the first floor and
darken it down, and then darken the 2nd floor ... at that point, the
exposure problem goes away ... in theory
maybe that was 15 minutes into the fire ... after they got 4 engines
to the scene ... or maybe a ladder company helped with the hose lines
... cops could help with hoselines there ... especially if they had
fire coats
maybe some blitz guns would have helped .... were those 2 inch hoses
or 2.5 inch hoses? since they didnt seem to do much to knock down the
fire, maybe they were 2 inch lines
oh well
