he seems to say that stairwell doors were open on 3 and 15 but he does
not say why they were open ... there was a self closing door on 15 but
it was open ... victims were found on 15
so thats still a mystery .... to me anyhow
info may have been updated since this interview was done ... interview
was on tuesday after the fire
would be nice to see a diagram of the bld and the number of stairwells
iirc one of the first questions that the dispatcher asked Division 7
was ... which is the fire attack stairwell? division neglected to give
that info in his initial report
