1. 3rd floor stairwell door was open before fire started
2. FD opened 3rd floor stairwell door to run hoseline
3. person collapsed in 3rd floor stairwell door
was it 1996 when nyc had highrise fire in harlem and multi victims
were found on the top floor? usfa did a report on this fire
