Essex Red is 153.83 and 487.3875 - apparently also called VHF 14 and UHF 14
dispatcher nets are 460.1375 R and 154.07 R / 158.73 in
151.46 was licensed as base and mobile channel in 8/2022
the mobile repeater in the Gloucester Command Car might be tying
153.83 and 487.3875 together - or it might be tying 153.83 and/or
487.3875 back to some dispatcher or dispatchers - or it might be doing
both or all of these things
