we were told today that the new scanner feed monitors 45.10 because
that is the channel that the MO3 in the FD command car uses to send
the audio from county red (153.83 + 487.3875) back to the gloucester
dispatcher
bottom line - the command car can patch 153.83 to 487.3875 and vice
versa - and it can also relay that traffic via 45.10 to the gloucester
dispatcher (who has a receiver on 45.10)
iirc 151.43 is / was the input to 154.16 R - not sure what 154.83 and
159.09 are / were used for
